We do the opposite. Every tier has a written checklist. Every price comes from square footage and the tier you choose, not from how your home looked the day someone visited. You self qualify in two minutes, and we confirm the rest by text.

What transparent house cleaning actually means
Here is the thing most cleaning companies will not say out loud. The vague quote is a feature, not a bug. When a price only appears after a walkthrough, you cannot compare it to anything, and you cannot push back on it. We think that is backward. So we publish the checklist for every tier and we tie the price to one number you already know, which is the size of your home.
Why square footage, and why the rate drops as homes get bigger
Cleaning time does not scale in a straight line. A 3,000 square foot home is not twice the work of a 1,500 square foot home, because kitchens and bathrooms drive most of the effort and larger homes spread that work across more open floor. So our price per square foot steps down as the home gets larger. You are not penalized for having more space. We send you the math by text, usually the same day.
The difference between dusting and hand wiping
This is the line that separates our tiers, and it is worth being specific. Signature keeps things fresh with dusting and vacuuming. Premier adds the detail areas: blinds, fans, vents, and light fixtures dusted, the front of cabinets and drawers wiped, and doors, frames, switches, and baseboards dusted. Elite takes those doors, frames, switches, and baseboards and hand wipes them instead of dusting, then goes further, vacuuming underneath couch cushions, wiping windows and window sills, and cleaning backsplashes. Dusting lifts the top layer. Hand wiping removes the film that builds up over months. If your home has not had a deep clean in a while, Elite is usually the honest answer.
How recurring pricing rewards a rhythm
One time cleans are welcome and common. If you want to keep a home consistently clean, recurring service costs less per visit. Your first clean is full price because it resets the home. After that, weekly saves 20 percent, every two weeks saves 15 percent, and monthly saves 10 percent. We give you your first clean and your recurring rate side by side, so there is no surprise on visit two.
What we do not do
We clean homes. We are not a housekeeping or home management service, and commercial work is not our focus right now. Keeping a tight scope is how we keep the quality predictable. If you need something outside the checklist, ask us by text and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
Answers before you ask
Do I really not need a walkthrough?
Correct, there is no in-person walkthrough. You price your clean from square footage and a tier, then we confirm the details by text. Once in a while we will ask for a couple of photos or a short video so we can gauge the home’s condition, but there is never an appointment to schedule before you get a number.
How do you handle pets?
We love them, and there is no pet fee. We like to get to know your pets by name and routine so we can work around them and keep them comfortable while we clean. Just tell us about them when we text to confirm.
When does the recurring discount start?
After your first clean. The first visit is full price, then weekly is 20 percent off, every two weeks is 15 percent off, and monthly is 10 percent off.

Text is faster for both of us. You get answers without sitting on hold, and we keep a written record of exactly what you asked for. Start with the request form and we take it from there.
